When I was in ninth grade, I joined my high school yearbook staff because it sounded like a fun elective. Someone handed me a camera and told me to go shoot the varsity football game on Friday night. If only I had realized the power and the potential for my future that was in that moment.
Here I am, nine years later and still absolutely in love with capturing moments. Some days have been brutal, freezing, heartbreaking, wet, and exhausting. But more of them have been invigorating, exciting, passionate, sweet and full of warmth. Whatever it is, I feel an immense honor and privilege every time that I have the opportunity to step behind the camera and the show the world what I see through my lens.
To all of my clients, people I have encountered throughout the world and the random people I have stopped on the street; thank you for letting me be a part of your life. You are the foundation and the heartbeat of Blindspot Photography and I am extremely lucky to have been able to share at least one moment with each of you.
To those of you who are here for the first time, I can not wait to talk to you. I can not wait to hear your vision and your dreams and to learn about what matters most to you.
Thanks so much for stopping by Blindspot and for giving me almost a decade of joy and inspiration.
